オランダヒルズ

まもなく竣工する森ビルの最新物件オランダヒルズを見に行ってきた。
♪オランダ美人、オランダ美人
オランダ美人と呼ばないで〜
なぜ「オランダヒルズ」という名称かというと、隣にオランダ大使館があるからだそうだ。
写真右側の木のうっそうと茂っているところがそれ。
桜田通り側壁面のビル名サイン。「RoP」の意味は知らない。
そうそう、本好きの姉妹が出てくるアニメ。それは「R.O.D」。
写真右下の非常電話の扉が開いているのは工事の人がテストをしていたため。
とりあえず中に観音様が収められているのではないことは確認できた。
良い子は勝手に開けたりしちゃだめだゾ！
［追記］「RoP」の意味はここに書いてあった。オランダヒルズ森タワーRoP(MORI LIVING)
ここの住居フロアの売りである1BR大型リビングスペースタイプの賃料は最低78万円/月から。独身だが金が余ってしょうがないITバブル企業の社長とかにオススメだ。
外見はもうすっかり完成しているなぁと思ってたら、メインエントランスまだ工事中じゃん！
当初設計では回転ドアを設置する予定だったのが急遽スライドドアに仕様変更されたため工事が遅れた…かどうかは定かでない。
ま た 森 ビ ル か ！
いや知ってて見に行ってるんじゃないですかあなた。
ここからふと後ろを振り返るとそこには城山ヒルズが。
ここ神谷町駅周辺では森ビルと森トラストの物件がせめぎあって密集している。
ちなみに同じ「ヒルズ」でも森ビルと森トラストは別会社なので間違えないように。ここ試験に出ます（何の？）
元は同じ企業グループだったが、創業者の死後会社を引き継いだ二代目の兄弟が袂を分けたため、名前は似ているが現在はまったく別の会社となっている。
ある物件がどちらの所有か見分ける方法は、ビル名に「MT」が付いているかまたは「トラストタワー」という名称ならそれは森トラストの建物だ。
おまけ：
飯倉交差点から望む泉ガーデンタワー。
外壁のシャトルエレベーター（最上階の住友会館専用）が稼動中のところを運良く捉えたのである意味レア写真。
